This blog’s Scripture passage reference: Psalm 119:126-129 I have a beautiful painting on the wall above my desk. The subject matter and artistry on the front of the picture make it beautiful, but the writing on the back of the picture is what makes it special. It truly was a gift of light. I am … Continue reading The Gift of Light
This blog’s Scripture passage reference: Psalm 119:121-125 There has been a song playing recently on my favorite Christian radio station. It is very lyrical and easy to listen to, a beautiful song. But I have to admit that I did not really understand what the singer was saying in the chorus for a long time. … Continue reading Seeing with Clarity the Testimonies of God
This blog’s Scripture passage reference: Psalm 119:113-120 I have to shake my head sometimes. Things sure have changed from when I first started hand-coding simple HTML documents to load on this new technology called the World Wide Web; or as the world knows it, the “www.” I don’t believe we could have ever dreamed, way … Continue reading What Does an Influencer Look Like

Then when she got home she found that Chewie (her 70 pound Chow) had torn the mini blinds down in the bedroom…again. Poor Chewie. Yes, he got in trouble. From the … Continue reading Recognize the Routine

This one may be a little long, well, actually, it is quite long. It can’t be helped. When God does big things we need to let the world know that He still does big things, even if they are only big to us! I had two of the coolest God moments today and they did … Continue reading Putting a Glow in My Heart
This post’s passage reference: Psalm 119:94-97 Thursday morning I had some letters ready to put in the mailbox. Right before I got to the bottom of the hill, a little blue car turned into my driveway. … Continue reading When Others Look at Me, Will They See That I Have Served Faithfully?
This post’s passage reference: Psalm 119:90-93 I saw a post a few years ago that talked about how we should be praying scripture over our family every day. For many years I had already been sending my family members a good morning text with a Bible verse included. It started out, on my ancient flip … Continue reading Light Up the Dark
